Keeping your data secure

We understand that many customers prefer to keep their taped data off premises as part of a Disaster and Recovery plan. This data is stored in our vault, with back-up tapes being picked up and returned daily, weekly or monthly, as required.
Back-ups of taped data and data scanning

We offer a full document scanning service:
•    Converting hard copy data to most electronic formats
•    Allowing you to retrieve and deliver your documents to you either by standard delivery, email or fax
